Three simple steps teach you how to ask if a person you care about is struggling with their mental health\, how to encourage them to get help\, and where to find the resources they need.  \nThis education empowers all people\, regardless of their background\, to make a positive difference in the life of someone they know. QPR training is like CPR for mental health. This training is for everyone ages 15+\, including parents\, friends\, co-workers\, teachers\, counselors\, and medical professionals. After completing QPR training you will be able to: \n\nRecognize the warning signs of suicide\nKnow how to offer hope\nKnow how to get help\n\nJoin us for an important and compassionate program focused on recognizing suicide warning signs\, responding to someone who may be struggling\, and supporting ourselves and others through grief. \nFeaturing Pastor Clara Mitchell and Da’Shonte Riley
