Welcome to Where
Families Find Connection.

For over 25 years, The Family Center has been a trusted source of information and support for families living in Grosse Pointe and Harper Woods. As a non-profit organization, we are committed to helping families grow stronger, more resilient, and connected to their community. We do this by providing onsite programs and online resources that empower, guide, uplift and engage families through every age and stage.

Our Mission

Whenever. However.
We’re Here to Help.

Building happier, healthier families starts with information access. We partner with local schools and organizations, as well as members of our Association of Professionals, to offer programs and resources on a wide range of topics important to families today. While we predominantly serve the Grosse Pointe and Harper Woods communities, our resources are available 24/7 online, as well as by phone during business hours, to anyone in need.
