Practice Statement
Charlie Health is an evidence-based mental health virtual IOP with a mission to connect the world to life saving mental health treatment. The core conditions we treat are depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, trauma, substance use and eating disorders. Our program is short term (average of 10 weeks) and involves roughly 10 – 11 hours of therapy per week.
