Newport Healthcare has two divisions: Newport Academy (ages 12-18) and Newport Institute (ages 18-28). Our differentiators are:

• ABFT Attachment Based Family Therapy: Including parents or spouse in clients treatment (remote family sessions weekly and bi-weekly group virtual).
• Gender specific treatment
• High clinical to client ratio at 48 locations around the US
• Clients receive mental health treatment for challenges; anxiety, depression, trauma and secondary challenges; self-harm, suicide ideation, eating disorder, substance abuse.

Newport Academy was founded in 2008. With a high demand for teen and young adult mental health treatment, Newport Academy became Newport Healthcare in order to serve a larger age demographic (12-28).

Newport currently has just under 400 residential beds nationwide with a growth goal of 1,500 in 5 years. Newport has an aggressive goal to meet the demands of the young population challenged with mental health issues.
